Some things can't be thought through – they have to be moved, breathed, and sounded through the body before they settle into understanding throught the mind. These group sessions bring systemic tools, somatic movement, breathwork, and sound through singing bowls – together in one space, so a shift doesn't just make sense in your head 〜 it lands in how you carry yourself.

I design and carry this work from the belief that any kind of change and any true understanding of things only really happens holistically – through gentle, unforced practices that open up both mind and body intelligence; within our self-defined space. Before and during sessions, we contract as a group: what we need from each other, what pace works, what can stay unsaid until it's ready. That agreement is what makes the deeper work possible, and it's what allows everyone to move at whatever pace and depth feels right for them at that time.
