Change can happen to us from the outside.
It can happen within us and change how we live and experience the world.
And often, the two are happening at once.
This is systemic and embodied coaching for people who are questioning what is, reorienting, or creating what comes next — in their work, relationships, or everyday life.
Together, we notice what's changing and move through it with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention.
Navigate change consciously. Stay grounded in what's here and open to what's next.
What we can work with
You want more alignment
You want your choices and everyday life to feel more connected to your values, needs, desires, and sense of self.
Something is shifting
You're entering a new phase, leaving something behind, or noticing that the way you've been living or working no longer fits.
Your work no longer fits
You're questioning your direction, role, or way of working — without yet knowing what you want instead.
You feel stuck
You keep circling the same questions, patterns, or decisions, even though part of you knows something needs to shift.
You want to act differently
You understand something intellectually, but find yourself repeating familiar responses or ways of relating.
You don't need to arrive completely lost. You may already have spent a lot of time thinking, reading, reflecting, and trying to understand what's going on. Or you may simply know that something isn't working and not yet know why.

How we work together
We begin with what’s present, make sense of what’s shifting, find what matters, and move forward from there.
somatic/embodied
Noticing what happens beyond thought: sensations, impulses, tension, energy, and felt responses.
reflective:creative
Using questions, perception, language, imagination, and sometimes creative writing practices, to approach things from different angles.
systemic
Looking beyond yourself to the relationships, environments, expectations, and systems shaping your experience.
Sometimes what takes the most energy isn't change itself but the effort of holding ourselves against what is already changing.
The work isn't always about pushing forward. Sometimes it's about noticing what we're holding onto, understanding why, and finding out what becomes possible when we loosen our grip.
We work with what you think and feel. And with what you notice in your body, your relationships, your environment, and the systems you're part of.
Together, we slow things down enough to notice what's really happening, explore what matters, and see perspectives and possibilities that may not be visible from where you're standing.
The Unfolding Spiral is the method underneath my coaching practice — a way of understanding how we move through experience, awareness, insight, and action.
It grew from my own experiences of navigating change and from my work with people. It continues to shape while supporting how I work with clients.
The Unfolding Spiral
Life isn’t linear. Change isn’t linear. And so, the work we do here isn't linear either. It unfolds in a wavy spiral.
We don't move neatly from problem to solution. We circle back. We notice something we couldn't see before. We question what we'd taken for granted. We reconnect with what feels true now, and from there, make a new choice. Each turn can reveal something new.

My work combines systemic coaching with embodied awareness to move through this with you — not by handing you a formula for who to become, but by creating space to see more clearly, feel what's true for you, and consciously decide what comes next.
"Job hunting can be an extremely isolating and brutal process, taking a hard toll on confidence and sense of self. Our work together helped me come back to myself in many ways, through reminding myself of all the skills that I have to offer, as well as reminding myself of the value that I bring to other aspects of my life, including beyond the labor market. Overall I emerged from our work together feeling much more grounded back in myself and my identity, as well as confident moving into the new chapter of my life with a holistic perspective on my new employment."

From people I've worked with
As you work with these questions, you can expect to:
Catch yourself mid-reaction, not just after.
Name what's driving a decision — a belief, a fear, a signal from your body — instead of reacting automatically.
Move without having the whole plan. Uncertainty doesn't disappear. You get better at moving with it.
Leave with something you can keep using on your own, long after we stop meeting.
Spend less time circling decisions. Know what to check in with when you're unsure, instead of spinning.
What to expect
A session might begin with a question or feeling you've been carrying, something that happened during the week, a decision you're struggling with, or a pattern you're beginning to notice.
We might talk, pause, reflect, notice what's happening in your body, shift perspective, visualise or experiment with another way of looking at things. There is no fixed script — we follow what is alive and relevant while keeping an eye on where you want to go.
Sometimes we work with the thought that won't let you go, tracing where it came from and whether it still fits who you are now. Sometimes it's not one thought but a pattern: one part of you wants to leave, another needs safety. We give each part a seat at the table until they can actually talk to each other.
And because insight that stays in your head doesn't change much, sessions often end with space to let it land in your body. Sometimes that includes relaxing with sound — less about "vibes" and more about giving your mind a break from analysing, long enough for something to settle. Other times it includes led meditation or visualisations...
I use humour and creative detours on purpose. Blockages rarely move by pushing straight at them; sometimes the way through is sideways.
Coaching is a space to think, notice, question, and explore — with someone alongside you.
Rather than giving you answers or telling you what you should do, coaching helps you examine what's happening, what matters to you, and what might be possible from here.
It can be useful when something feels unclear, when an old way of living or working no longer fits, or when you know something needs to shift but haven't yet found the shape of what comes next.
And if you're still wondering: what is coaching?
And to be clear, coaching isn't:
someone giving you a formula for your life
advice disguised as questions
about optimising your career
an application strategy, CV review, or salary negotiation service
a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for therapy
a five-step productivity framework
Investment
Single sessions:
Most people work with me for three to four months — not because there's a formula, but because finding real direction takes more than one conversation. That said, there are no packages: you pay per session, one step at a time, for as long as it's useful.
starting with: a 30-minute free intro call
60 minutes session: €110
80 minutes session: €150
Reduced rate/hour: €70 ((if you're currently unemployed or facing financial constraints)
For organizations: 1:1 leadership coaching, invoiced to your company, is priced separately --- Get in touch for details.
You probably already sense more than you've let yourself trust.
This is a place to find out what to do with that.
