None of that makes me an expert on your life. What it means is — I won't rush you toward a plan just to make the discomfort go away, and I won't mistake your hesitation for a problem to be fixed. Some of what feels like being stuck is actually you, correctly sensing that something isn't yours (yet).

And you don't need to know the answer yet. You need enough space to stop forcing one, and get curious about what is actually possible and true for you.

I know what it's like to stay somewhere too long because leaving feels irresponsible or financially precarious. I know what it's like to walk away from something good because it still isn't right, and to wonder afterward whether that was wisdom or self-sabotage. I know what it's like to rebuild your professional identity and direction in a completely new field, more than once, and to feel like doing it again might break something in you — and to do it anyway, because staying felt worse.

My name is Lucija, I'm systemic and somatic coach and facilitator based in Berlin.

My professional life has spanned over a decade across culture, creative agencies, tech startups, and movement practices — Zagreb, Stockholm, and now Berlin — sometimes as part of a team, sometimes leading one. For years I felt I needed to justify my path, make it sound more linear than it was. But every field taught me something I still use — how people communicate, how teams break down, how creativity gets drained in micro-management, how bodies hold what words can't. And every role held the same curiosity: about human relationships, what moves them, what gets in their way.

Different fields, same wondering. Looking back, the pattern is clearer than it felt at the time: turning down a path that would have made sense on paper, because it wasn't mine. Staying in fields far below where my experience could have placed me, when I needed room to think rather than status. Leaving roles run by people whose ethics or way of working I couldn't get behind. None of it was drift, even though at times it felt exactly like drifting. Underneath, something in me kept choosing a life that felt fulfilling and true over one built for status — aware, always, of the privilege that let me choose at all.

Along the way I've learned and worked with somatic practice, embodiment, and creative work, and eventually trained in systemic coaching — weaving it all into a framework that's mine. It's the first professional space that hasn't asked me to leave parts of myself at the door. Building this practice is what all of it was for: a place of my own, for work that finally holds the whole picture.
